Ordering
Orders are placed in the web shop. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We will contact you to agree on a delivery time.
Prices
Marseille laundry detergent 1 l: €8 per bottle or 3 bottles €20. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery
- Pickup at Vetehisenkuja, Helsinki: free of charge, pickup time to be agreed.
- Parcel by post anywhere in Finland: from €9.90. The price shown at checkout applies to a normal order (1–3 bottles). If a larger order needs a bigger parcel, we will tell you the shipping cost before dispatch and you can still cancel the order. The parcel is sent once payment has been received, usually within 1–3 working days.
Payment
- Pickup: payment on collection in cash or with Vipps (MobilePay).
- Parcel by post: Vipps (MobilePay) or bank transfer before dispatch. We will send payment instructions by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to cancel an order made in the web shop within 14 days of receiving the product by notifying us by e-mail. The returned product must be unopened. We will refund the payment, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of the cancellation notice, once the product has been returned. The return costs are paid by the buyer.
If the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, let us know as soon as possible and we will replace the product or refund your money.
Privacy
We use the information you provide in your order (name, address, telephone number, e-mail) only to deliver the order and for related communication. We do not disclose information to third parties, except to the carrier for parcels sent by post, in order to deliver them.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes primarily by negotiation. A consumer can also take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Before that it is advisable to contact consumer advice (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta).
